CROSOL – Croatian Platform for International Citizen Solidarity is pleased to announce the launch of the GEAR UP! Call for Proposals for small grants supporting local actions on Global Citizenship Education, Youth Engagement, and Sustainable Development in Serbia and Montenegro.
Through this Call, civil society organisations (CSOs) and local authorities (LAs) will have the opportunity to apply for grants ranging from €5,000 to €15,000 to implement projects that promote awareness, civic participation, and social or environmental justice, with a special focus on youth.

Please note that minor clarifications have been made to the text of the Call for Proposals originally published on 26 April 2025. All changes are clearly marked in red within the updated Call document.
In addition, a new document titled “Declaration of Honour” has been added to the application package and is now required as part of the submission.
We encourage all applicants to re-download the updated Call and complete application package to ensure compliance with the latest requirements.
