CONCORD Europe and CROSOL have sent a letter to EU ministers of foreign affairs, including the Croatian Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Gordan Grlić Radman, ahead of the Foreign Affairs Council meeting on 21 September, as well as an informal FAC meeting on Development on 29 September.

The letter contains a number of recommendations which we hope will be reflected in the discussions.
